I Heart Matt Sanchez

If there has to be a former gay porn star/right-wing mouthpiece embedded in Iraq, it might as well be Matt Sanchez. Matt, aka Ann Coulter’s BFF, is embedded in Iraq and writing blog posts and video posts for Right Wing News.
He doesn’t come off as the brightest embedded journo in the foxhole, but he is super cute and that’s gotta count for something. There, I am now come out of the closet about having a non-heterosexual man-crush on Matt. I know that I don’t have the best track record when choosing blogger crushes. The last one was Andrew Sullivan until he went all Michelle Malkin crazy over the Human Rights Campaign.
But unlike with Andrew, my crush on Matt is not based on him being smart. Its all about him being hot. Just as Matt is following our troops fighting in Iraq, I am going to be following Matt and writing post tracking his general hotness.
Check out this clip from Matt’s video blog. Ignore for a moment that he is simply parrotting Bush adminstration talking points and just look at how pretty he is.

He’s hot — no doubt about it but, his politics are so offensive. I don’t care if Matt’s dick hangs down to his knees. He’s a scumbag. You mentioned having a previous “thing” for Andrew Sullivan? So it’s gay conservatives who rock your boat?

I admit that its more than a little weird. My friends have commented on the dubiousness of my crushes.
Its not about them being conservative. I think its more about the opportunity to smack them around a bit to help them atone for their sins.
