Gay Politician Elected in Guam

B.J. Cruz made history when he was elected the first openly gay legislator in Guam. Cruz was 41% of the vote on the special election for the Guam Senate that was held on Saturday.

Cruz is the first candidate endorsed by Gay and Lesbian Victory Fund to win election the year.
